Shipping & Delivery

We ship hand-cast kits from our workshop to eight countries. Here is how rates, dispatch and delivery work.

Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Japan. If your country isn't listed, contact us before ordering so we can check delivery options.

Shipping rates

Rates are based on the number of items and the destination, not a flat per-item fee. A single kit to the United States starts at about $22; to other supported countries it starts at about $53. The exact amount is calculated in your cart and confirmed at checkout. Combining several items usually reduces the shipping cost per item. Free shipping applies to sample kits only.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch paid orders within 2–3 business days. During busy periods or when an item is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take longer; we'll contact you if that happens.

Delivery time

After dispatch, US orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders usually arrive in 7–14 business days, but customs processing can add time. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your parcel leaves our workshop, we'll send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to the email address on your order. Please check spam or promotions folders if you don't see it.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before paying. If you need to change it after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot change an address after the parcel has been dispatched.
