Specifications, explained

The numbers that decide how a cast behaves — and what to watch for at each step.

Material & mix

Base Water-based liquid pigment
Water-based, so it disperses in the casting water instead of sitting on the surface.
Colours 24 in one box
Each in a resealable dropper bottle — keep the box upright and the colours stay separate.
Compatibility Gypsum, plaster and cement
Mix into the water first, then add the powder, so the tone is even throughout.

Timing & use

Mixing Stir into the water before the powder
Pigment added to mixed paste leaves streaks that no amount of stirring removes.
Setting Colour sets with the cast
No extra cure time — the pigment is locked in as the gypsum hardens.
Sealing Seal as you normally would
A PU topcoat locks the colour in and stops water marks; very dark tones deepen slightly under it.

Finished piece

Range 24 shades, and blendable
Blend two colours to reach tones that are not in the box — blend the water, do not layer the pour.
Depth Strong tint, still translucent
The paste stays translucent as you mix, so the tone reads differently in thin and thick sections.
Strength No measurable effect
At normal doses the pigment is a small fraction of the water, so the cast cures as usual.
